The problem of preparation drinking water is considered, which includes the study system "diluted aqueous solution - membrane corrected diluted solution", where membrane, as main element and external factor baromembrane processes, must meet certain physicochemical parameters requirements. It shown that for effective use processes in solving adjusting composition solutions, it necessary to create a series membranes with selective selectivity based on principle synthesis creation polymer its structural factors. methodology high-molecular polymer, by ratio components conditions obtaining new proper structures, determines such hydrophilicity, permeability, along chemical properties.
